INCURSIONS​
I have recently opened up the opportunity for organisations or groups to book incursions, where they may hire my team to come to their own premises with an art lesson. I have run lessons in a homeschool incursion program. I have run meetings for family groups in their homes. I have even run a recreational Personal Development afternoon for schoolteachers.

INCURSION STRUCTURE
Art Explorer incursions cater to all ages. The ages shown below purposely overlap, so that children may find that they have a choice of selections, depending on their individual needs. The general age ranges are shown below.
• Junior: ages 5 to 9 (school years PP-3)
• Intermediate: ages 9-14 (school years 3-8)
• Teen: ages 13-18 (school years 7-12)
• Adult: 15-adult
There is a choice of session lengths, from one-hour, one-and-a-half-hours, or two-hours. The two-hour session would be best to broken into two separate hours, with at least 15 minutes between the two halves. This would enable the students to regain their focus.
There are a huge number of art activities to choose from, including drawing, painting, sculpture, printing and collage. Talk to Robin about what might work for your group.

PRICING POLICY
• One hour session
o $13 per student for a minimum booking of 10 students (maximum of 20 students)
o Flat rate for less than 10 students $130 per 60-minute session
• One-and-a-half-hour session
o $19 per student for a minimum booking of 8 students (maximum of 20 students)
o Flat rate for less than 8 students $152 per 90-minute session
• Two-hour session*
o $24 per student for a minimum booking of 8 students (maximum of 20 students)
o Flat rate for less than 8 students $192 per 120-minute session
• MULTIPLE BOOKINGS
o For two bookings in the same day reduce the total cost by 5%
o For three bookings in the same day reduce the total cost by 10%

REQUIREMENTS
The following are the minimum requirements needed to host the Art Explorers incursion:
• List of student names and numbers at least 24 hours prior to the booking
• Students to wear protective clothing
• Trestle tables (or similar) and chairs for the students (unless otherwise stated)
• Sink with running water to wash paints and equipment
• Good lighting
• 30 minutes before the lesson to set up, 30 minutes after the lesson to pack down
• A minimum of 15 minutes between multiple bookings
